اتفق مديري الموقع و هم

على فض فريق المديرين بعد أن تبين لنا فقدان عدد كبير من الأعضاء الثقة في الفريق و بعد أن اتفقنا كلنا على فشل الفريق في القيام بمهماته الفترة السابقة.

استفتاء الرأي لا يزال أمامه 5 أيام لكن من الواضح ضرورة فض الفريق، و نأمل أن يساهم قرارنا في الاسراع بعملية اختيار فريق جديد و الانتباه لمشاكل الموقع و طلبات الأعضاء. (ملحوظة، آخر فبراير هو الموعد الطبيعي للانتخابات)

وفقا لدستور المجموعة و سياسة تصنيف الأعضاء يجب علينا اجراء انتخابات يتم فيها اختيار فريق جديد لادارة الموقع بحيث يتم اختيارهم من مجموعة المراقبين، لكن بما أن فريق المراقبين كان أقل نشاطا من فريق المديرين نقترح عليكم اجراء انتخابات استثنائية بحيث تأخذ أحد شكلين

  1. يسمح لأي عضو قديم أن يرشح نفسه لادارة الموقع
  2. يسمح لأي عضو أيا كان أن يرشح نفسه لادارة الموقع

و المقترح مفتوح للمناقشة، و أفضل طريقة لتيسير النقاش الآن هي محاولة رصد كل من يرغب في ترشيح نفسه لمعرفة مدى اقبال الأعضاء الغير قدامى على الفكرة.

نحتاج أيضا لمراجعة قائمة الأعضاء للتأكد من أن قائمة الأعضاء القدامى تعبر فعلا عن مجموعة الأعضاء الناشطين وفقا للقواعد المذكورة في سياسة تصنيف الأعضاء.

The elcetion done by memmbers ,and memmebrs will choose based on activity and how much they know him/her and if he/she is active enough he/she will be at least senior ,,

فى حالة النزاع بين فريق المدرين يتم حل وفصل فريق المدرين , ويتم طلب مرشحين جدد و الاتفاق على طريقة مباشرة للتصويت لتقيم المرشحين.

dose this mean what alaa said? or it's mean the new election will be from the moderators teams el morsh7in y3ny?

DarKnesS_WolF: The candidates are NOT from the moderators team only .. but the moderators team + senior users ... The point is that I'm not accepting new users to have the ability to be candidates .. The senior users list IMO has a bunch of users that are fit enough to handle the responsibility ..

where dose it's say from modrators + seniors users? what i know is 1st there should be a modration election some seniors will be mods. and then admins election some mods will be admins. is that wrong ?

we need to fix a few

we need to fix a few things in the arabic version.

anyways the normal rules state that only mods can run as admins.

but what I'm saying is the admin team resigned, we are running the website now on a temporary basis and it shouldn't last for very long.

waiting for mod elections, then admin elections is just too much.

so I'm suggesting we start with admin elections, and allow a broader set of users to run, so far sameer and cvirus agree that this should be done but that the broader set should include seniors only.

I asked for anyone interested in running to say it so we can measure how many non seniors want, if none want then it's not worth discussing it.

anyways, the goal is to move forward fast.

If any member is allowed to run then it will get out of control and we'll end up with at least 60% of the LUG memebers as candidates .. It should be limited to seniors + mods I guess ..

technical abilities is not the only criteria ,I think it should be some thing like how he/she attached to this community and how active he/she is?

one more obstacles if we will have exceptions : who will judge on the tech. thing? and on which basis also ?

to cut it in short let's make it seniors and mods.
