After years of working as a system engineer, I have decided to open my own company. It's called Spirula Systems. The name comes from the sea shell Spirula, as it looks like debian swirl, it's a shell, and it lives in alexandria, where Spirula Systems is located.

This company is to provide systems support for GNU/Linux mainly, and use free/open source software whenever possible. It will support BSD and Unix systems too. The complete list of services can be found on Spirula's services page.

For those who don't know, meedan is a project that I have been watching since I first knew about it from the presentation made be Anas Tawileh in the first meeting in the arab techies.

Guys, my katb ketab is this thursday, it will be ba3d el ma3'reb in masjid el 7adika el dawleya (near carrefore) in alex, wish all of you can be there.

damn it.. the adsl router does strange things in the wrong time.. end of the month, installfest is close... i hate these days.. anyway, after my dlink-500t is overheated untill it stopped working, i'll have to buy a new router.. actually i dunno which adsl router to buy.. some say that the speed touch is cool.. and one of my friends(actually he's not an expert) tells me that the planet router is fine (i never heared about it before :S )..
