This is the 2nd volunteers meeting regarding the preparation for the GUC Installation Festival. If you want to offer donations, please add your name to this list http://www.eglug.org/node/2158��1� annd bring the donated resource with you on that day. If you need T-shirts with the official EgLUG logo, please bring with you 40 LE on that Day or 20 LE + a white T-shirt.

The volunteers of the GUC fest should be at the GUC at 10:00 on Thursday In this meeting we will check on the available resources and discuss the final preperations of the event. Please make sure to be there early.

Thursday the 14th, from 10:00 to 13:00

tomorrow Friday"15-9-2006" is the final preparations in the GUC so please all volunteer be there to fix ur hardware / network connections and geting every thing ready for the big day, please get ur own PCs with u if u can.

EGLUG will be organising an open day hosted by the GUC in Cairo.

On Thursday GUC Installfest volunteers arre celebrating the success of the event in roastry Zamalek. All eglug members and everybody is welcomed to join us in roastry.

The admins have agreed to have a meeting on Sunday 8/10/2006. We will meet infront of downtown hardee's then go to a cafe`.
