Peace, I would like to know if a package like KAPCKAGE exits for FedoraCore2. I have tried www.rpmfind.net, but the one I installed (kapckage-3.x.x.rpm) was installed correctly yet did not work. I typed kapackage and said it is not found! So, if there is any package manager for FedoraCore2 that would be great, the one that comes with it is awful!

Kpackage seems to be a front end for several packaging systems but don't know if it'll work for apt-rpm, it certainly doesn't support yum. So I think you better drop the whole kpackage idea.
What u need is to decide what package handler you wanna use, for FC its either apt-rpm or yum, then choose a frontend for it.
Apt-rpm has synaptic and kynaptic as frontends, one gtk2 and the other qt. Yum has one frontend named YUMGUI
By the way, there's a nice article somewhere here about yum, check it.

PS. All I ask for is a package manager that will help me remove and add packages to my system. These package I have downloaded from the net myself. I use win for the net and I want to have something to manage my packages manually and graphically, that's it. I will wilcome yum (or yumi) if they can help me.

Doea this mean I have no hope in removing the packages I want? I said before, I have installed many packages (mostly for other languages support) which I dont need, I would like to know them and remove them. Of course I can know them if I see their names, something like kde-i18-fr, say, or aspell-af. So I want to know how may I find them?

kpackage is part of kdeadmin, I don't know about redcrap support, but the cvs version supports portage.
(Redcrap is a trademark of redcrap corprations (TM) :P)

YUM GUI
I dont know why do u need a GUI for YUM .. YUM is more simple aslan without a GUI ... whats wrong with $ yum remove package or yum install package or yum update package ... anywayz ... here is a good GUI that works http://cobind.com/yumgui.html ... and If this is not what u want then u can use the add/remove Package utility ... u can find it in the KDE Menu --> System Settings --> Add/Remove Applications
one needs UIs
as much as I love the command line, browsing stuff needs an interactive UI.
one needs to browse the database of available packages and the database of installed packages, perform various queries and searches etc.
only a UI can do this in an effective manner, command line query schemes assume the user knows what she is looking for which isn't always the case.

LAME LAME LAME
this is the lamest advice I've ever heard, rpm -qa tells you nothing, it does not categorise the package list, it does not provide any sort of information.
in order for one to actualy browse the package selection one has to use comp-licated scripts to proved a category tree, and each traversal of the tree requires a seperate command.
in order to show vluable info one has to craft different RPM commands, and eventualy you'll want to specify custom query format which is way too complicated a process for the benefit one gets.
and finaly it does not allow you to actualy query the packages not installed on the system.
