theming the forum page interface

I themed the forum page interface to look more like the phpbb forums, so that it will be more familiar to new members.
plz everyone check it and tell me ur opinions.

which reminds me of another problem I always hear non-eglugers complain about, they say that the site doesn't change alot, and when I pointed to the magic 'recent posts' link, the complaint became "hey it's too hard to navigate..."
What I was thinking of is; shouldn't we do something about that? An article rotation script on the home would do it or maybe something else, what do you suggest?

Will mods do it?
I believe in the coming period with the presence of moderators, the front page topic rotation will be more active, having 6 working on that issue would of course be better than a lesser number overloaded with administrative tasks.

I don't understand the proposal, I don't understand how it will look like and how it will be implemented, not just who will do it.
can you post your idea in more details on the forum (not as a reply here to this blog post).
